WOW! Kathy is awesome!! And I
WOW! Kathy is awesome!! And I think it is very important for kids to grow up being involved with the preparation and planning of family meals - I plan on raising Erik that way! Not only does it teach the kids about good nutrition, but it also creates some wonderful family moments for them to remember (some of my favourite memories are in the kitchen with my mom!)What a kindred spirit - the crock pot and chardonnay!! Love it!! LOL! Even if I don't win the copy, I think I'll pick up her book!! Great episode!!!Uh, feedback question doesn't really apply since Erik is still nursing!! ;)
