I totally agree with this!!

I totally agree with this!! Today I walked my dog at the Teen Ranch in Orangeville (to give him some exercise as well, swimming in the pond!), and I'm about to go to the dance studio to do yoga and some choreography. Yesterday, I called in my dancers and workshopped new choreography for a couple of hours then posted it on YouTube. Thanks for the inspiration...can't wait to hear more motivation!!

Thanks for the support Brock!! On Canada Day, I walked the dog for half an hour and cleaned the apartment for two hours. Today (July 2), I ran 5.5 km (45 min).

Great idea, and thanks for being on the "Shauna Ray" show otherwise I wouldn't know about your site, yesterday (July 1st) I cleaned all of the windows in my house (7), plus I vacuumed, dusted and polished all the wood furniture. Today I'm going for a walk and I will do my usual 10,000 steps, which takes about an hour, also want to take my bike it for a check-up.Judy

Wow! Sounds like you have an amazing month planned.I had to work in the park today but I was helping kids get active in the obstacle courses and bouncy house :) I also just registered for my first MARATHON...317 days from today!! Training begins Monday !

I can't really do much cardio or anything, so I go for a walk with my little one every day. I'm trying to find a yoga DVD so that I can do that while he is sleeping for his naps.

Gym was closed today so I was

Gym was closed today so I was forced to do my circuit training in the backyard. Not the same but still a solid 45mins. 65km ride later on (weather dependent of course, lol).

Good stuff Brock and Marta! Baby steps to introducing exercise into your life full-time. I don't think people realize the simple effect 30 minutes a day can have on your body (in a good way). Here's hoping you get a lot of people involved this month.
