Today was big. I ran 5.5 km,

Today was big. I ran 5.5 km, went to a 60min. Physique class and walked the dog for 30min. YAY Saturdays!

I walked to work which is

I walked to work which is about an hour walk and I began the videos for P90x (an excercise regime) on July 1st so I did the video for today with my husband as well. Yay being active! :)

Day 2... I did 100 decline

Day 2... I did 100 decline push-ups (feet raised up). Took me longer than I thought. I did 20 the first set, 15 the second, then a whole bunch of 5 to 10 sets till I got to 100... I'm literally all pumped up now! Thanks again for the challenge, I probably wouldn't have done anything today if it wasn't for this. Great motivation!

Settled into a nice scenic

Settled into a nice scenic hour long mountain biking loop only to loose Ben on the trail and spend an extra half an hour trying to find him! Does that mean the extra hills count as hill repeats? :)

Broke out the rollerskis

Broke out the rollerskis today for 2hrs (gotta love ski boot tans!) then 1.5hrs in the gym after dinner. These posts are turning into a nice alternative to keeping a training log :)

Quit smoking two years ago

Quit smoking two years ago and gained 40lbs. July 1st on joined a gym. Walked a 5k today, and I'm feeling great. I can't believe that I ever smoked. How gross!! I hope to fit in my wetsuit by the end of summer so I may go SCUBA diving in the Bahamas.

I finally got my bike out

I finally got my bike out (long overdue). Did a 20km ride and 15 minutes of core exercises from your episode #11 (hilarious episode).

5km walk with Erik and 35 minute trail run (12 hills!!) on my own.

Today I took my camp staff to a local farm called Round's Ranch where we participated in The Amazing Race which incorporated team building and communication skills. Lots of running through the straw maze, tree maze, Scavenger Hunt, Obstacle Course and many more!

Got in a nice run this morning before work. I think my case of runner's knee is finally healed. I hope.
