Today I weightlifted with my friend at his basement gym. Going to head out for a run in a while as soon as it cools down a little more. GARLIC FOREVER!!
I did a 5 km run tonight. I'd love to win that garlic roaster but I'd rather win those equalizer bars that I once referred to as "the dreaded yellow bars". How things have changed.
Today was just a quick 2 miles on the treadmill. Yesterday was an early morning 9 mile bike ride. Nothing strenuous these days, but it's always good to get up and get the day started with some exercise!
