Healthy Chocolate Banana Bread Recipe (Dairy & Gluten-free)

This organic banana bread turned out to be another tasty creation! :)

Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes

Ingredients:

2 large organic bananas

¼ cup organic almond oil

¼ cup organic applesauce

¼ cup organic honey

2 Tbsp organic molasses

2 cups organic brown rice flour

¾ tsp organic baking soda

2 pinches organic sea salt

1 pinch organic cinnamon

2 cups organic 55% dark cocoa chocolate chips

Directions:

1) Preheat 350˚F.

2) Mash bananas with a fork.

3) Add wet ingredients to bananas and stir with a wooden spoon.

4) Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until combined.

5) Fold in chocolate chips.

6) Transfer into lightly greased loaf pan and bake for 45-60 minutes (it took 60 minutes in my oven).  Insert knife into center until it comes out clean.
