She shares a natural detox recipe as found in "The Master Cleanser" by Stanley Burroughs, and challenges Brock and Marta to give it a try. They accept the challenge, and agree to do it for 10 days, from November 8 - 17, 2010.

I found the first day to be

I found the first day to be the toughest. We did exercise on some days, but it was at a much lower intensity. I recommend listening to your body. Even a light jog or bike is ok to sweat a bit, but avoid weight training as your body needs protein to repair muscle. And yes, drink water, lots of water!

Hey, I'm trying this

Hey,
I'm trying this cleanse as we speak. I'm trying for 3 days and I'll see how I feel as I go along to see if I will do a few more days.
I have a question: did you guys continue to workout while cleansing? Did you have enough energy? I plan on continuing to work out and am wondering if it's okay to consume water during and after my workout and then back to the detox for the rest of the day? Thanks for your response.

Hmm - interesting. This recipe has been around for awhile hasn't it! So simple and effective! I'll be interested to hear how you like this detox.
I'm one week into a similar (kinda) cleanse. I'm drinking organic beet juice once a day to help cleanse my liver, and also a mixture of aloe vera juice, lemon juice and honey which helps get things *ahem* moving. ;)
