Brock shares an organic, vegan and gluten-free pancake recipe in the Blendtec Total Blender.

Recipe & Instructions:

Make Hemp Milk:
- Combine 1 3/4 cups water and 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts and push the "Whole Juice" button.

Then add the following:
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds + 2 Tbsp water (let this mixture sit 5 min before adding)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup or coconut sap
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 1/2 cups *Flour Mixture
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp (1 pinch) pink himalayan salt

Ingredients:
- 3 cups water
- 3 bananas
- 4 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 7 dates (pitted)
- 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 Tbsp Cashew Butter
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (add 1-2 Tbsp more for more Maple flavour)

Blend on "Milkshake" setting on Blendtec (or "Whole Juice" setting if dates are hard).

FYI: Marta checked the Thai kitchen website and couldn't find any information about the cans being BPA-free. An organic and BPA-free coconut milk that we've tried and liked is by Native Forest - might be harder to find but worth it!
