Brock makes an immune system boosting shake in the Blendtec.

Ingredients:
- 3 1/4 cups water
- 1 banana
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup spinach
- leaves from 3 stalks of kale (stalks removed)
- 2 nova mac apples (core removed)
- 1/4 large beet
- 1 roma tomato
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp aloe juice
- 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 dash cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp matcha green tea

Blend all ingredients on the "juice" setting.
Makes 2 Large servings.
